Kneesocks was named for his tall white boots in the back. He & his little brother (who was born about right after him) look so much alike, they had to be named immediately to avoid confusion. And the nicknames stuck, Socks & Kneesocks. They are still so much alike in both looks & temperament. Kneesocks, let's be honest, is a favorite. In fact, it will take a special home to convince us not to keep him for ourselves. If you like head pushes, cuddles & loud purrs, Kneesocks is the one for you. It is my dearest wish to see Socks & Kneesocks adopted together. They are a matched pair & they also do everything together. Ask us about our double adoption deal.
